Day 1 of Advocare 24 Day Challenge, 10 Day Herbal Cleanse Phase

I haven't done a cleanse in a long time, I moved from Alaska to Tacoma, and let me tell you... my eating habits haven't gotten better. They've only gotten worse, with so many places to eat out, I've become a little over indulgent lately.
I woke up today at 7 started my day off with Steal Cut Oats for breakfast, boiled in Almond Milk and Sweetened with Bananas. I think I found my new favorite cereal! It was delicious. I had 1 large egg and a serving of egg whites on the side for added protein.  And of course Spark! Oh yes, and the Advocare Fiber drink. This time I decided to try peaches and cream. A lot of people seem to like this, but I think I like citrus better.

I had Celery Sticks, with natural peanut butter and strawberries for mid morning snack. and grapes and kiwi throughout the day.
For lunch I sautéed up some veggies, and also added in some tuna and chopped up baby spinach.

I ended my meals for the day with a cup of brown rice, fried chicken breast, I used olive oil. with Mushrooms, Broccoli, Greenpeppers, garlic, tarragon and Chili Peppers. This was delicious! Not at all plain without any added sauces or salt.
For the day I was under my calorie goal, and didn't feel hungry at all today. I drank a lot of water.. about a gallon. I probably could've been even further under if I didn't eat my full 6 ouches of chicken, I was gonna save half for tomorrows lunch. lol But it was soooo good. Day 1 of my 24 day challenge, I would say, was a success!
